In our work together, we'll slow things down and pay attention to what's actually happening beneath the surface. Not just your thoughts, but how you react, what you avoid, what you keep repeating, and more. From there we'll begin to shift them in way that feelings meaningful and lasting.
My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded. I'll help you stay with what's happening in the real time, even when it's uncomfortable.
I'm work from a mind-body perspective in therapy. Many of the patterns we struggle with live in the body as much as the mind. Learning to notice and relate differently to those experiences can create deeper and more lasting change.
I work with thoughtful, self-aware people who want to understand themselves more deeply. This includes: people who feel pressure to hold things or figure things out on their own, who are navigating anxiety, identity, grief, or just feeling stuck, and who are noticing repeating patterns in relationships.
I also work with couples who caught in the same dynamics and want to better understand and shift those patterns together.
